Dinner menu 10/3-10/9
Here’s my menu for the week, I know I’m a day late, but I just couldn’t get the motivation yesterday!!
Monday: We had Chef Salads, with ham, turkey, texas toast crutons, bacon, eggs, shredded colby and freshly made Italian dressing.
Tuesday: We’re having Goulash( I add a 1/2 diced bell pepper to mine), green beans, and cheesy french bread(time to finish off the loaf).
Wednesday: Taco Soup with cheddar tortilla strips and all the fixins, and a Quesedilla for little E..
Thursday: Leftover Thursday, it’s a free for all, whatever you can find, you can have!!!
Friday: We’re going out with some friends to a….spook house, which I am not too thrilled about, I’m a HUGE chicken when it comes to scary stuff!!!
Saturday: Football party, menu TBA, but I will let you know!!
Sunday: Stromboli, marinara for dipping, and Caesar salad..(BTW, this is the best Stromboli)

i want to make the goulash for dinner but i don’t have any tomato paste? do u think i can use tomato sauce??

It was really good! I wasn’t sure how much water to add with the sauce, so I just played around a little… I’m not great at cooking unless I have the reciepe. hehehe! Getting better though! Thanks for asking.

So glad, I understand about the recipe, I can’t bake without one. I think I added about the same amount of water since the noodles kind of act like a sponge!!
